JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders is a shonen, horror, battle manga written and illustrated by Hirohiko Araki, consisting of 16 volumes. It tells the story of Jotaro Kujo, a stone-faced delinquent who's forced to confront DIO, a wicked vampire that's tormented the Joestar bloodline for generations. This edition includes a prologue that briefly summarizes the prior two parts.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Chibi Vampire both feature blood-sucking vampires that are vulnerable in the sunlight. While Bram Stoker's Dracula wasn't the first book to feature vampires, it was key to popularizing them throughout the world. Whether diabolical like DIO or cute like Chibi Vampire's Karin, both owe a debt to the Impaler himself.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is famous for its characters and stand abilities named after the author's favorite music. The earliest stands, however, were inspired by symbols like the tarot or the Egyptian gods. This guide, written by Geraldine Pinch, discusses many of the figures that Hirohiko Araki drew inspiration from.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Chibi Vampire both borrow from thousands of years of vampiric lore, mythology, and culture. In this ebook, Nick Groom unearths that bloody history, from its origins in death and disease, to its immortal place in popular culture today. Truly, it is a story to die for.

(JoJo! JoJo!)
(JoJo! JoJo! JoJo!)

Twin stars streaking through the heavens,
Stir the surface of light and darkness,
Their ripples echo together.

The sun leads those who seek the path of glory,
Demanding a sacrifice from all who pursue their ambition.

(JoJo! JoJo! JoJo!)
(JoJo! JoJo!)

Throbbing hearts burn,
As if aflame.
The pulse which beats forth from their palms.
The courage which runs through their veins.
Bravely embracing their fate!
~The fate of that blood~ JoJo!

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's third opening theme, "STAND PROUD", was performed by the singer and vocal trainer Jin Hashimoto. And now these gathering stardusts,
summoned in the awakening of a century-old (catastrophe),
And all these (brave) men must face now,
A race beyond the sands of time with this journey.

Entangling all like a chain, intertwining karma,
(With one's) fate shrouded by the platinum.

(Stand up! Stand up! Stand up!)
Shooting across (and beyond).
(All right now! All right now! All right now!)
It's a vigorous bullet.
(JOJO! JOJO! JOJO!)
(Break you down! Break you down! Break you down!)
Let these fists fly free, with this hallowed vision, STAND PROUD.
