Students are required to pay tuition and fees prior to established deadlines. Balances must be paid in full, charged to a financial aid program, or have a tuition payment plan established. Students may view their bill and financial aid awards on Campus Connect.

Refunds
UACCM has implemented an early refund policy for students if their financial aid and admissions documents are submitted and students are enrolled in classes by July 1st. If students meet this criteria, they may be eligible for a refund of excess Pell and Federal Loans on the first day of classes. If students did not meet that criteria, students will receive a refund of excess aid on approximately the 5th week of classes. Students are encouraged to submit a Direct Deposit Form (no direct deposits for early disbursement).

Normal processing time to award aid is approximately two weeks after a student submits FAFSA results and all required supporting documentation, such as tax transcripts, to the UACCM Financial Aid Office. During times when a high volume of FAFSA results are received (July –September), it will most likely require more than two weeks to award aid. Students’ aid must be awarded at least one business day prior to charging in the UACCM Bookstore.
Return Policy
The UACCM Bookstore will accept returns and exchanges within one week from the first day of class for fall and spring semesters, within three days from the first day of class for summer semesters. The books/supplies must be in like new condition and must be accompanied by a cash register receipt. All non-text merchandise may be returned within ten days of purchase.
