Students are required to pay tuition and fees prior to established deadlines. Balances must be paid in full, charged to a financial aid program, or have a tuition payment plan established. Students may view their bill and financial aid awards on Workday.

Refunds
Students with excess Financial Aid will receive a refund approximately by the 5th week of classes. UACCM has partnered with Bankmobile Disbursements to process all refunds. To avoid any delays in accessing money, students will need to select a refund option at the following website https://disbursements.bmtx.com/refundchoices/.
Refund rates for withdrawal or drop from class(es) may be found on the UACCM website.

Normal processing time to award aid is approximately two weeks after a student submits FAFSA results and all required supporting documentation, such as tax transcripts, to the UACCM Financial Aid Office. During times when a high volume of FAFSA results are received (July –September), it will most likely require more than two weeks to award aid. Students’ aid must be awarded at least one business day prior to charging in the UACCM Bookstore.
Return Policy
The UACCM Bookstore will accept returns and exchanges within one week from the first day of class for fall and spring semesters, within three days from the first day of class for summer semesters. The books/supplies must be in like new condition and must be accompanied by a cash register receipt. All non-text merchandise may be returned within ten days of purchase.
