Workday allows students to explore course schedules, review financial aid, view grades, track academic progress, manage their student account, and pay tuition and fees. Approximately one week after admission to UACCM, students will receive their personal account. A UACCM e-mail account is available to all students. Accounts for first-time entering students will be set up approximately one week after admission to UACCM. All important campus information is distributed to students through their UACCM e-mail.

The UACCM Campus Emergency Alert system allows campus administrators to quickly communicate with students, faculty, and staff in the event of an urgent situation on campus such as campus closings, severe weather, or security incidents. Students who opt-in to receive text messages on the admissions application will be included in the Emergency Alert System.

Blackboard is a course management system that gives students access to course contact for both online and in-person courses. Blackboard allows students to access course content, take quizzes and exams, submit assignments, and view their grades. It also allows them to communicate with their instructor and other students in the class.
