Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files

Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files is a dark fantasy, action-adventure produced by Studio Pierrot. It tells the story of Yusuke Urameshi, a high school delinquent who unexpectedly sacrifices his life to save a young boy. Caught off-guard by this decision, the Spirit Realm offers him a chance to come back to life as a Spirit Detective and solve demon-related cases in the Human Realm.

The Boy and the Beast is a supernatural, action-adventure written and directed by Mamoru Hosoda. It tells the story of Ren, a young man wandering the streets of Shibuya after his mother's death. When Kumatetsu, a swordsman from the Beast Kingdom, insists on making Ren his apprentice, Ren is given the name Kyuta and thrust into a world of beasts and blades.

We currently have this film on DVD. It is Rated PG-13 for Some Violence and Language.

When an American bomb leaves them without a mother, they have to resort to extreme measures to survive.
